Tokn POS provides a point-of-sale software designed for billing, inventory management, and business operations. You agree to use the software only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable local regulations and tax laws in India.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription & Pricing
Tokn POS offers subscription-based access (e.g., ₹99/month). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice, but any ongoing subscriptions will remain unaffected until the end of their current billing cycle.
5. Data & Privacy
Your business data is yours. Tokn POS implements strict security measures to protect your data. For detailed information on how we collect and use your data, please review our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties.
6. Hardware & Compatibility
Tokn POS software is designed to work with standard Android and iOS devices, as well as compatible Bluetooth thermal printers. We are not responsible for hardware malfunctions or incompatibilities of third-party devices not purchased through official Tokn bundles.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tokn POS is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Tokn POS or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not loss of data or business interruption.
