Is there a charge per message?

No. Messages are sent from your own number, so there is no per-message fee on top of your ₹99 per month.

What happens if a message fails to send?

Failed messages are queued and retried automatically, so a brief network drop does not mean a customer silently misses their bill.

Can I change what the messages say?

Every template is editable. You can insert variables for customer name, order number, bill amount, business name, check-in dates and your Google review link.

Can I turn off just one type of message?

Yes. Bills, order-placed, order-ready, feedback requests, booking confirmations, cancellations and reminders are each a separate switch.
