Order table-side
The captain picks the table, taps through the menu and confirms. No paper pad, no re-punching the same order at the counter.
A separate login for every captain
Each staff member signs in with their own OTP, so every order and every collection is attributed to a real person.
Straight to the kitchen
The moment the order is confirmed it appears on the kitchen display or prints as a KOT. The walk back to the counter stops being part of the process.
Settle at the table with a UPI QR
Show a UPI QR from the same screen and take payment where the customer is sitting. You can turn the QR off if you prefer counter-only settlement.

Decide what a captain can see and do — taking orders is not the same permission as applying a discount or opening reports.
